It is applied to flammable and explosive media, and automatically switches media pipeline of explosive and dangerous places the products have passed the test of National Instrument Explosion-proof Safety Supervision, the products are in line with GB3836 ,1-83, GB3836 ,2-83 standard. The anti-explosion qualified certificate No. is GYB01272.
applicable conditions
Environmental area: GB3836 ,1-83 standard are Ⅱ A, Ⅱ B grade combustible gas and the temperature groups are T1, T2, T3 group explosive place.
Environmental temperature：-10～+50℃，Relative humidity is less than 85%
structural features
1. explosion-proof structure: explosion-proof type. Explosion-proof mark; EX: dlBT4
2. shell protection grade is IP45, thus the dust roof is 5 level, anti-splash water is 4 level.
3. the main valve configurations: conventional type, use DF-type main valve, model is ZCSB-(); Temperature Resistance: adopt RSPS main valve, model is ZCSB-() R; use PS main valve, model is ZCSB-() P; corrosion resistant: use 2W-J-type main valve, model is ZCSB-() J
