the working principle of solenoid valve
Solenoid VALVE uses the electrical energy to do the mechanical work. The solenoid consists of a coil wrapped around the core. When current is passed through the coil a magnetic field is generated around the coil. This magnetic field causes the piston to move causing the valve to open and close. The valves can be normally open or normally closed. Depending on your application you have to select a NO or NC valve. Solenoid valves have fast switching time and are highly reliable. The solenoid valves are used in almost all the industries for variety of applications for air, gas and liquid flow control.
