History and basic operation
Origin electropneumatic paintball
marker is the subject of a patent dispute, but it is generally
acknowledged to have happened more or less simultaneously with the
introduction of WDP Angel Shocker PneuVenture sold by Smart Parts, both
in 1996. The markers were used differently, they are similar insofar as
they both make use of one or more micro-controlled solenoid valves.
The Shocker used two control valves electro-magnet to obtain separate
controls on the ball loading sequence and the sequence of delivery by
air. The Angel uses a hammer and bolt attached, allowing the use of a
single solenoid to actuate the firing sequence while controlling a
piston fed the hammer bolt / forward at the same time chambering a
paintball and to release the propellant at the end of the stroke of the
hammer.
The device of the double solenoid Shocker allowable
operating pressures slightly less to use, but the arrangement
considerably simpler Angel’s has provided a more rapid firing sequence,
which ultimately proved to be favored by players and consequently the
basic operating principle of the angel remained unchanged (in fact it
has even been copied many times during a series of “electros tube
bunk”), while the Shocker went through a series of revisions that
resulted in a complete overhaul in 2003 and now uses a single solenoid
power configuration increasingly popular mechanics known as a “bolt
spool.
It is also worth noting that if these two markers
essentially linked to the first electropneumatic markers on the market,
both models have been pre-dated (by years in some cases) by a series of
electro house “kits” which changed pre-existing markers such as the
Autococker or Sterling.Backlash
The increased availability and use of these markers has also
encouraged a movement that had already friction was the progress of the
previous technology of paintball. These players wanted a return to the
days of pump markers, the ability round ten, and 12 grams of CO2
“powerlet. The movement eventually became what is known today as
“Stock-Class Paintball.” Necessities />
The
Angel and the Shocker exacerbated a fundamental problem that has been
brewing for markers of sports is quiet with less vibration and kick, the
vibration that keeps the paintballs from jamming in the hopper feedneck
departed. The solution was a movement of motorized loaders, including
ViewLoader Revolution, that uses a paddle to stir the balls each time an
infrared beam in the feedneck became continuously.
However, the
reality of the seriousness installed, and it was evident that to satisfy
the appetites of modern marker, manufacturers charger would need to
force the paintballs in the feedneck faster than gravity would allow
simple. Therefore, the markers are now modern Empire Reloader B2 and
MagnaDrive, Rotor Dye ViewLoader VLocity, Halo Odyssey, The Q-Loader
Draxxus Pulse and systems, each feeding rate of 22 balls per second or
more.
detection systems Ball
Two main detection systems logs
were created to ensure that the ball is now in the chamber when the
player pulls the trigger. These systems were necessary because, even
though the powered chargers painting faster and faster in the markers,
it has been to develop the markers firing cycles are shorter and more
sensitive electronics. Descriptions of both BDS and their subtypes:
Infrared “Eye” (Optointerrupter or Break-Beam)
It uses an infrared transmitter and receiver to detect the presence of a
ball on the base or not a ball in the feed tube blocks of a beam to
reach a receiver on the opposite side.
